Email support@runaether.dev for help with anything in Aether: the web app, the iOS and Android apps, the CLI, your account, or billing. A person on the Aether team reads every message. Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A task or project ID (shown in the web app’s URL) helps us find the problem quickly.

Common requests

  • Signing in: Aether signs you in with Google, GitHub, Apple, or a 6-digit code sent to your email. If a code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then use Resend code.
  • Deleting your account: in the web app, open Settings → Sign-in → Delete account. In the mobile app, open Settings → Delete account. See Delete your account for what is removed.
  • Billing questions: see Billing and Billing & Credits, or email us.
