# Support

> How to reach the Aether team for help with your account, billing, or the apps.

Email **[support@runaether.dev](mailto:support@runaether.dev)** for help with anything in Aether: the web app, the iOS and Android apps, the CLI, your account, or billing. A person on the Aether team reads every message.

Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A task or project ID (shown in the web app's URL) helps us find the problem quickly.

## Common requests

* **Signing in:** Aether signs you in with Google, GitHub, Apple, or a 6-digit code sent to your email. If a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then use **Resend code**.
* **Deleting your account:** in the web app, open **Settings → Sign-in → Delete account**. In the mobile app, open **Settings → Delete account**. See [Delete your account](/api-reference/account/profile/delete-profile) for what is removed.
* **Billing questions:** see [Billing](/guides/billing) and [Billing & Credits](/concepts/billing-and-credits), or email us.
