Without one (omitted or null) the project takes the server's default_credential_policy. A policy for a server that needs no credential is refused with mcp_credential_policy_not_applicable; the org policy is refused unless the organization has its own connection to the server. A server a plugin bundles is refused with mcp_server_plugin_bundled: a project enables its plugin instead. A policy for a server whose connection_kind is sentry_installation is refused with mcp_server_aether_managed: its tasks always use the organization's Sentry installation.
