# Connect an MCP server for the organization

> Org admins only. Stores the organization's connection to a server that takes a static secret, with your credential, or replaces it, which reconnects it. Projects may then use the org credential policy for the server. A server whose connection_kind is github_user_credential is refused with mcp_connection_org_not_offered.
