# Ask the organization's admins for a seat

> Viewers of the organization only. Every other caller, a non-member included, is refused with 403 org_role_insufficient, as the product gate refuses a role. Records the request and emails every owner and admin. Without organization email delivery the request is refused with 503 invite_delivery_unavailable before anything is written; a request whose email fails is withdrawn and refused with 502 seat_request_delivery_failed. A second request within 24 hours is refused with seat_request_pending and sends nothing.
