Use this tool when you need to: - See what the agent remembers across conversations - Find the exact text of an entry to remove with editAgentMemory Examples: - GET /agent/memory Hints: - Takes no parameters. notes and profile are in the order the agent keeps them; notes_size and profile_size count entries and characters against limit; read_at is when the host last reported. - unreadable says why the host could not read the memory, notes and profile then empty; absent when it could. - The host reports its memory as it runs, so a completed edit (getAgentMemoryEdit) is in the memory read after it. - Use editAgentMemory instead to add or remove an entry. - Any signed-in user, for their own agent; 404 agent_not_found until they have one, and 404 agent_memory_not_reported until its host first reported its memory.
