# Delete your account

> Permanently deletes the authenticated account and everything it owns: workspaces, tasks, projects, secrets, and personal data. The subject is always the caller's own session — there is no target parameter and no undo. Answers 202 once the staged pipeline is enqueued; it then runs asynchronously and revokes every session. Requires session-authenticated credentials: a platform API key is refused with 403 session_auth_required. An account that still owns team organizations is refused with 409 team_ownership_transfer_required. Once deletion has begun every authenticated request from the account — including a repeat of this one — is refused with 403 account_deleting.
