# Pick up the code pasted on a single-use link

> Hands out the code pasted on your claude_code_paste link once, clearing it: status waiting while nothing is pasted yet. aether claude-code connect --link asks every few seconds while it waits. Refused (404 agent_link_not_found) for a token that names no link, (403 agent_link_other_account) for a link issued to another account, (409 agent_link_takes_no_code) for a link of another purpose, (410 agent_link_expired) once the link expired, and (410 agent_link_code_picked_up) once its code was handed out.
